Tadami Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Tadami, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Use of Tadami
Tadami is provided for personal, non-exclusive use. You are responsible for how you use Tadami and for any content you store, synchronize, or restore with it.
2. Google Drive Sync
If you enable Google Drive sync in Tadami:
- You authorize Tadami to access your Google Drive only for synchronization purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account you use.
- You should review Google's own terms and policies for Google account and Google Drive use.
3. User Data
Tadami is designed to store most data locally on your device.
If you enable cloud sync, your synchronization data may also be stored in your Google Drive app data storage.
You are responsible for keeping backups of any important data.
4. No Warranty
Tadami is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
- Tadami will always be available.
- Synchronization will never fail.
- Data will never be lost or corrupted.
- Tadami will be compatible with every device, Android version, or Google account configuration.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or reputation arising from use of Tadami.
6. Third-Party Services
Tadami may interact with third-party services, including Google Drive. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability.
7. Changes to Tadami or Terms
We may update Tadami or these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Tadami after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using Tadami at any time. If you no longer agree to these terms, uninstall Tadami and stop using its services.
